- Page 2 of 2 The VA s New England Healthcare System (VISN 1), Network Contracting Office One (NCO 1), intends to negotiate a sole source FSS blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with Press Ganey Associates, Inc, 404 Columbia Street, South Bend, IN 46601 for patient experience/Satisfaction Surveys at the Connecticut Healthcare System. Vendor shall provide access to the patient satisfaction survey services. This will include custom dashboards for the facility. Data from facilities participating in the Patient Satisfaction Program, aggregated in groups with comparable institutions ( Comparison Data ). Participant s data are included in Comparison Data in accordance with patient satisfaction procedures. The contractor shall provide an online web portal with the ability to query online data to evaluate satisfaction services by patient care unit, site/ specialty, survey receipt data, clinical and patient demographics in a timely manner. The government is not allowed to download a contractor program to our OIT network. All information must be safeguarded according to all federal, state, and local guidelines. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government, and a potential offeror has access to proprietary benchmarking data from the private sector and all other VHA networks. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541910, Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. The Small Business Administration size standard for this sector is $20 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities no later than 12:00 P.M. Easter Standard Time on March 3, 2023. The interested parties bear full responsibility to ensure complete transmission and timely receipt.
