Questions and Answers document posted in attachments.� ******************************************************************************************* The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY& IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed priced contract for the overhaul of a dive boat. The required workshall take place at the contractor's facility. The tentative Period of Performanceis 03 APR 2023 - 30 NOV 2023. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-23-Q-0023. Proposals will be due on 27�February 2023 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021) and NMCARS 18-17. Please note the following for N32253-23-Q-0023: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-23-Q-0023 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due on 21�FEB 2023, 0900 HST. References: Reference information associated with this requirement areavailable upon request only. References will be sent via DoD SAFE to therequesting party.
