Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to Lockheed Martin on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in Attachment #2 Statement of Work. Please see Attachment #1 Sole Source Justification. CLIN 0001 DPS Engineering Services � 1 Job- Period of Performance 31 January 2023 � 30 January 2024 CLIN 0002 Other Direct Costs (ODCs) associated with labor under CLIN 0001 � 1 Job -� Period of Performance 31 January 2023 � 30 January 2024 CLIN 0003 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
