Description: This is a Pre-Soliciation Notice for Custoidal Service for Osan Air Base, South Korea. The Contractor shall perform custoidal services to the standards in this contract and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services include but are not limited to cleaning rest rooms, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, dusting, carpet shmpooing.
