W912DQ23Q1041 is for Park Attendant with Custodial for Orleans Trail Park at Stockton Lake Project, Stockton MO Questions & Answers (Q & A)_2/22/2023: Q:� Is the park attendant site full hookups, water, electric and sewer?� A:� The park attendant site is full hookups, water, electric and sewer. Q: �Who takes care of lawn maintenance? A: �The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a separate contract for lawn maintenance.� Question & Answer (Q & A)_2/24/2023:� Q:� Clarification is requested regarding the bonding requirement as stated in paragraph 1.4.5. of the performance work statement.� It appears unusual for a surety bond to be required for opportunities of this nature and size. A:��The bond is a dishonesty bond, and its purpose is to cover the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, in the event of theft of collected fees, or other accountable property, by the contractor.� The requirement for a surety bond is standard on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, park attendant contracts. Question & Answer (Q & A)_2/27/2023:� Q:��Is this contract just for Loops C and D or is it for Loops A, B, C and D of the whole park? �� A:��This contract is for the whole park, NOT just the C and D Loops.� Note: The swim beach at Orleans Trail North is NOT included in this contract.
