GSA Public Buildings Service � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space inone of the delineated areas listed below: Project No. 1OR2113 State: Oregon City: Salem, OR (See attached map for rough illustration) Delineated Area:� � West Border:Trade Street Southeast to Front Street Southeast to Front Street Northeast to OR99E Business South Border: Commercial Street Southeast to Fairway Avenue Southeast to Rees Hill Road Southeast to Sunnyside Road Southeast to Rees Hill Road Southeast to Liberty Road South (CR20) to Kuebler Boulevard South to Viewcrest Road South (CR 809) to Rivers Road South (CR 19) to Owens Street South to Commercial Street Southeast to Trade Street Southeast East Border: I-5 from Silverton Road Northeast to North Santiam Highway (22) to Cordon Road which becomes Kuebler Blvd to I-5 south to Commercial Street Southeast North Border: Pine Street Northeast to Portland Road Northeast to Silverton Road Northeast. Space Type: Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,684 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,861 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 surface/secured/unreserved space Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 8 Years Additional Information: This space will be occupied by The US Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Marketing Service. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety,accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include the following information: -Building name and address and location of the available space � within the building; -Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per � rentable square foot, fully serviced; -ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered andexpected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. -Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount fortenant improvements and state the amount (if any); -Date of space availability; -Building ownership information; -Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whetherexpected rental rate includes the cost of the required -Government parking (if any); -Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and -List of building services provided.
