Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NM City: Albuquerque Delineated Area: North - Paseo del Norte, Ventura St. NE, Alameda Blvd NE (Hwy 528) South �Central Ave. East �Tramway Blvd. West �2 nd Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,990 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term: Not Required Additional Requirements: - Storage locations that provide ceiling height allowance of 6�8� clearance - Floor load capable of storing 4 DAVs with an approximate weight of 10,500 lbs. per vehicle -The leased space may not be located adjacent to major transportation routes. -The building should be located in an area of the city with a low threat level. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). 11/2022 Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
