(ABOA):� 2,990 Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 0 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 10 years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term:� Not Required Additional Requirements:� - Storage locations that provide ceiling height� allowance of 6�8� clearance�� - Floor load capable of storing 4 DAVs with an� approximate weight of 10,500 lbs. per vehicle� -The leased space may not be located� adjacent to major transportation routes.� -The building should be located in an area of� the city with a low threat level. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,� seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
