Description
NASA/John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for electrical construction projects valued between the micro-purchase threshold and simplified acquisition threshold on a competitive basis through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Suite for Electrical Construction Services. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) KSC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI), and members of the underserved communities as defined by Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity And Support For Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for Electrical BPA Construction Services. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received. Construction projects under the Electrical BPA would include but not limited to the following: Provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, supervision, transportation, certified construction documentation, supplies, and all equipment, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) to facilitate all phases of work in connection with various electrical construction projects on Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This would include new work, additions, alterations, and maintenance & repair of real property facilities and structures. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Interested firms having the required capabilities necessary to meet the above requirement described herein should submit a capability statement of no more than eight (8) pages indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort. Include the following: �Company Name, Unique Entity ID and CAGE code, Address, Descriptionof Principal Business Activity, and Primary Point of Contact (Full E-mailaddress and phone number). �Provide your firm�s number of employees and state whether your firm is alarge or small business in NAICS Code 238210. State your firm�sprincipal business activity; and specifically identify if you are a VOSB,WOSB, HUBZone small business, or an 8(a) small business. �Financial Capability � Provide bonding capacity of your firm and thefirm�s average annual revenue for the past 3 years. �Provide the number of years in business and a listing of relevant workperformed in the previous 5 years. Relevant work for the purposes of this Notice can be defined as, but not limited to, the following: � � � � � �oLED/Upgraded Lighting, Low Voltage (AC/DC), Electric VehicleCharging Stations, Controls, Fire Alarm, Power Panel� � � � � � � � � � � � �Installations,ARC Flash Studies, Solar Panels, Transformer Replacements,Switch Gears, Pedestals, Utility/Light Pole� � � � � � � � � � � �Replacements, UPS. �Locality � Provide company location or satellite offices that are near KSC.Provide brief summary of prior KSC work experience in past 5 years, if any. �Resource Capacity - Provide resource capabilities that can support multiplecontract awards, up to the agreement term/value. Ability to source Professional Engineer and/or Engineer of Record support for configured drawings.
