Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: ALPHA OMEGA CO USA INC 5755 N POINT PKWY STE 229 ALPHARETTA, GA 30022 The objective of this sole source award is to establish a base plus two (2) Option years contract for Clinical and Technical Service support on the Alpha Omega Neurological drive (S/N 228), Navigation Workstation, and navigation software (Navigation Tools) located at Portland VAMC. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811210; the large business size standard is $30 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 11:59 PST on March 01, 2023 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Scott James, Contract Specialist at scott.james@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, �Intent to Sole Source Portland Alpha Omega Service Contract�.� The Government will not pay for information submitted.� This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
