Description: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences requires�software that is used in the automated transcription and quality scoring of a Department of Defense Form DD-1380.�The DD Form 1380, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Card, is the standardized method for documentation of casualty care in the prehospital environment for battle and non-battle injuries which contains crucial information about the patient. IBM is the only source reasonably available that can provide this developmental software for the required transcription and scoring services of this specific form, refer to the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source.�
