Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. The Forest Service intends to award a sole source award to ICF Incorporated, LLC to acquire Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement Services for 36 CFR 228A Revision Rulemaking (See attached J&A). FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), In the interest of economy and efficency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Schedule ordering procedures.
