THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. RESPONSES TO THIS RFI ARE NOT OFFERORS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. Space Acquisition and Integration Office (SpOC/SAIO) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 as follows: Contract #: FA2550-17-D-8001 Contract Name: Integration, Innovation, and Information (3IS) II Contract Type: Single Source Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract Action: Modification to the basic ID/IQ to extend the ordering period an additional 12-months and to increase the contract ceiling. Contractor:� Gemini Technical Solutions JV, LLC Unique Entity IDHR1MYNAW2HE7 NOTE:� 3IS II was competed as 8(a) set aside.� See Attached DRAFT J&A ����������� DRAFT 3IS II_Justification and Approval(2)_v1.0 No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. However, IAW FAR 5.207(16)(i), all responsible 8(a) sources�who are interested and regard themselves as capable to fulfill this requirement without a break in service are invited to submit a capability package to the Government for consideration. Only capability packages from 8(a) companies under NAISC Code 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology), with a 1000 employee size standard IAW FAR Part 19 will be considered. Submit capability packages NLT 1400 MT on 16 March 2023. Response must be submitted via email to the Government�s point of contacts listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
