- Description
- Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Hood Agricultural Sanitization and Agricultural Wash Request for Information Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Hood (MICC-FH) is planning to solicit a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to Industry to fulfill deployment requirements the III Corps has to deploy its units around the world. This is a request for information (RFI), not a solicitation and will help the Governments market research as part of the planned follow-on solicitation. Any answers provided are voluntary. Please mark any proprietary information that is provided appropriately. Background: These contracts are intended to serve all of the III Corps units with task orders being the method for specific deployments. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is intended to serve as the PWS for the overarching contract with task orders providing more specific instructions. This means this base PWS is not as specific to allow follow-on task orders room to maneuver within the scope of the base contract. Please respond NLT March 29, 2023 to MAJ Steve Naser at steven.j.naser.mil@army.mil. The USG requests you review the attached PWS and provide any comments or questions on the Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM). The USG is interested in understanding areas where we are not providing enough information, are not clear, or just arent fully understanding Industrys perspective. Please provide a capability statement for your company that demonstrates ability to perform the required services at some or all of the locations listed in the PWS. Questions to consider and answer as part of your response: Do you expect additional costs for travel to outlying installations and if so, can you describe these costs? The USG has data for individual AG SAN contracts but does not have good data understanding any additional costs that may be incurred for a vendor to cover multiple installations. Can your company perform these services year-round and in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit? Fort Carson, for example, will close their wash rack when the temperature is below 40 degrees.
