This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to umar.thomas.1@us.af.mil with a copy to gary.beck@us.af.mil no later than 8 March 2023 at 5:00PM Central Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not reimbursed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
