- Disclaimer: This Special Notice (SN) is for industry notification to be used for preliminary planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201(e). This announcement is not an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future.� No solicitation is available for this notification. Companies will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that are incurred in responding to this notice.� Overview: This SN, issued by the Army Contracting Command-Redstone, on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S), Project Management Office Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMO ASE), seeks information on the following:� The Project Manager, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) will host the 2023 Aviation Missile Summit on 27- 29 June 2023. PM ASE has hosted this annual event in prior years, but industry partners have not been allowed to attend.� This year industry will be allowed to attend the summit.� This year's meeting will hosted at Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) in Atlanta, GA.� This is a Tri-Service event with stakeholders participating across the Army, Navy and Air Force.� Stakeholders included are PM ASE, PMA 272, LAIRCM Project Office, TAPO, GTRI, DOTE, AFTD, PM CCS, PEO Aviation, MSIC, C5ISR and Ft. Rucker.� The summit provides an opportunity to coordinate on aircraft survivability across the Services by providing Product Offices updates, intel community threat briefings, test events updates, supporting labs (GWEF, TSPIL, SCEPTRE) updates, etc.� The meeting will be held at the SECRET collateral level.� The goal of this group is to align on efforts to improve overall systems effectiveness and gain resource efficiencies across the Army, Navy and Air Force.� How to Respond: SN responses should include: Company Name, CAGE Code, DUNS number, Company Address, and Place of Performance Address Point of contact, including: name, title, phone, and email address.� Industry will be allowed up to (2) two persons in attendance.� Please provide the name of the two participants.� Interested offerors shall respond to this SN no later than 1300 (CDT) on 28 April 2023. All responses to this SN shall be submitted via email to Mr. Darrell Quarles, ASE Tech Lead at Darrell.L.Quarles.civ@army.mil and Mr. Michael (Mickey) Elkins, ASE Threat Coordinator at michael.t.elkins10.ctr@mail.mil. Additional Information: The Government may utilize non-Government personnel (support contractors) to review responses to this SN.� The participating support contractor companies are ASE SETA contractors with signed NDAs.� Industry maybe excluded from limited parts that may contain sensitive information.� The complete agenda will be sent out with visit request information NLT 12 May 2023.
