- SUBJECT:� Request for Proposal � Solicitation # 191S40-23Q5676 Data Circuit Services The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem invites you to submit a proposal for providing data circuit services in Jerusalem. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. If you are interested in participating in this RFP, visit www.SAM.gov to obtain a copy of the solicitation package: Data Circuit Services � US Embassy Jerusalem. Notice ID: 191S4023Q5676. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal site visit on Wednesday � February 15, 2023 at 10:30 am on 18 Agron Road, Jerusalem. Prospective offerors who are interested, are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to JerusalemProcurement@state.gov by close of business at 04:30 pm on Monday � February 13, 2023. Submit your proposal electronically by email to the Contracting Officer at the following email address: JRSEMBProposals@state.gov or by hand delivery in a sealed envelope marked ""Proposal Enclosed"" along with a soft copy on a flash disk to the Contracting Officer, 4 Ha Galgal Street, Talpiot - Jerusalem on or before 02:00 pm (Jerusalem�s local time) on Wednesday, March � 08, 2023. No proposals will be accepted after this time. If submitted electronically by email, the subject line should read: �Proposal for Solicitation # 191S4023Q5676�. �It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 (12, 17, 19-24, 30) Section 1. Pricing Section 3.
