Description

Veterans Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 has a requirement for a HVAC Filter Service. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated contract effective date is April 3, 2023, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 1, 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.sam.gov. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend site a visit on March 6, 2023, at 10:00 am EST. All questions will be answered via the Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: kristina.peart@va.gov no later than 2:00 pm (EST) March 8, 2023. Quotations are due no later than 4:00 pm (EST) on March 13, 2023, by email at kristina.peart@va.gov NAICS 238220 applies. Size standards are $19 Million.
