Description

This Request for Offer (RFO) is to provide all labor, supplies and materials for janitorial services at the OTIS AFB (Air Force Base) in Falmouth, MA. The Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00204. This acquisition is set-aside for a small Business.� The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with four option years.� A site visit is�Scheduled for Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 10:00 am. Please contact the COR, Christopher McConnell 5 days prior to attending the site visit via e-mail at Christopher.McConnell@faa.gov and myself Kristen Moran at Kristen.ctr.Moran@faa.gov to let us know you will be attending. Questions or Comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Kristen Moran, Contracting specialist at Kristen.ctr.Moran@faa.gov no later than 10:00am Eastern time Tuesday, 03/21/2023. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may beprovided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 10:00 am Eastern Time on Wednesday, 03/22/2023.� All responses must reference the solicitation number (697DCK-23-R-00204) and be submitted to the following email address: Kristen.ctr.Moran@faa.gov Please read sections L and M of this solicitation and submit all requested documents in order to be deemed responsive to this solicitation.
