Description

The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), B Co. 2nd Batt. 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) requires contract for lodging for 36 Soldiers (19 rooms, double occupancy) from 28MAR23-05APR23�to support training sessions in the vicinity of 10901 Notchcliff Road, Glen Arm,MD 21057.The Contractor shall furnish facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, and supervision to provide lodging accommodation for B/2/20th SFG(A) for the dates listed below. The hotel location shall be within 15 miles radius and/or no more than a 30-minute drive of Maryland Army National Guard Purnell Amory Glen Arm, MD (10901 Notchcliff Road, Glen Arm, MD 21057).The contractor shall be able to provide accommodation for 18 double occupancy room (two bed per room) for 36 members of MDARNG, to ensure no mixed gender rooms. �The rooms will be in a FEMA-approved hotel for federal lodging, and the room rates should be at or below the Government/Military rates. Check-in will be the first date and checkout the last date listed in the SOW.The Government will be responsible for room cost only, all other charges will be the responsibility of the occupants for each room.�Parking Spaces, when typically provided to other guests, shall be provided for each registered guest on the Company rooming list who arrive in a privately owned vehicle or government owned vehicle. Please see attached SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION & SOW for details. This is a new requirement, there is no imcumbent. An FFP contract award will be based on price most advantageous to the Goverment.� Please note this requirement is for 19 rooms with double occupancy.�
