AMENDMENT A0002 dtd 03/01/2023 (See Attached SF30 with Atch 1): � This amendment provides Questions and Answers (Attachment 1) for additional clarification. � The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is not extended and remains as 2:00PM EST, March 10, 2023. � �� AMENDMENT A0001 dtd 02/16/2023 (See Attached SF30): � This amendment provides an extension to the due date for receiving questions as well as an extension to the due date for receipt of offers as follows: � � �� � The date and hour specified for receiving questions is hereby extended from 02/16/2023, 2:00PM EST to 02/23/2023, 2:00PM EST. � � �� � The date and hour specified for receipt of offers is hereby extended from 03/03/2023, 2:00PM EST to 03/10/2023, 3:00PM EST.� THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 36, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation NC-NA0000-23-00282 constitutes a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 (dated 12/01/2022). The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary has a requirement to inspect/repair the roof of the Eco Discovery Center Building in accordance with the attached following documents:� RFQ Solicitation and Clauses, Statement of Work, and Department of Labor Wage Determination FL20230022 dated 01/20/2023 for Monroe Co., FL.� �Expected completion date is no more than 120 days after date of award.
