- N0016424RWP10 � Acquisition, manufacturing, inspection, testing, kitting, storage, inventory management, and delivery of MK-82 Guided Missile Director and SPG-62 Illuminator Antenna kits and components used in the MK-99 Fire Control System (FCS). FSC � 5340/S215 NAICS � 334511 Issue Date: 01 March 2023 � Closing Date: 31 March 2023 � Time Eastern Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to obtain individual hardware items, inspect and determine if the hardware meets the Government requirements, assemble the individual parts into system repair kits, ensure parts within the kits are packed in a manner which prevents damage to the individual parts, that marking practices result in easy identification of the kits and individual parts, the ability to pass on stringent quality requirements to suppliers, warehouse, and deliver parts/materials used to overhaul MK-82 Guided Missile Directors, SPG-62 Illuminator Antennas, and fire control systems. The Navy intends to solicit and award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the compilation of MK-82 Guided Missile Director and SPG-62 Illuminator Antenna kits and components in support of the MK-99 FCS as full and open competition after exclusion of sources in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203 and small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. Forty nine (49) different parts kits are anticipated to be ordered under this contract. All kit hardware and parts are commercially available or must be manufactured according to drawings and specifications provided. First Article testing of kits will be required for all offerors and will be inspected and accepted by the Government. The contract minimum award amount is expected to be the quantity of the First Articles.� Delivery is FOB Origin.� The solicitation, all amendments and associated controlled documents will be posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE formerly known as WAWF) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil. �The solicitation notice will flow to SAM.gov, but the actual posting will be in PIEE. �The proposal shall also be submitted through the Solicitation Module in PIEE. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to PIEE on https://piee.eb.mil. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
