Description

THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE: �NAICS CODE CHANGED TO� to 541519.� The Government has specified products by brand name, but has solicited SDVOSB companies, the IT VAR standard is the most applicable standard. Tthe Basic Period of Performance (p.9) to 180 Days ARO?� Per the manufacturer, the implementation, training, and go-live events are most successful as an iterative process over 180 days. Second paragraph removed regarding the salient characteristics, Part B, Item 1.b. Information Technology (p.21),� The software will be hosted on virtual servers provided by VA and therefore this paragraph is not applicable. See changes on Solicitation 36C24923Q0175. The James H. Quillen Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) �requires an Automated Urinalysis System Rental nce, alerting, documentation, and reporting that is already approved for use within the VA Network. To accomplish this, the software will need to i) integrate with each facility�s electronic health records (EHR) system; ii) be able to pull information in real time; and iii) help the VA medical centers in VISN 9 achieve methodical compliance with the administrative and clinical business rules pertaining to veterans at high risk for suicide and those receiving mental health services.
