- Sonosite LX Ultrasound System for VA Medical Center Wilkes-Barre, PA Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential businesses, especially any Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) offerors capable of providing a Sonosite LX Ultrasound system as listed in the below Statement of Work utilizing NAICS Code 339112. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies/services listed in the information below. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business info and if they are a manufacturer of the items. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at ronald.kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 12:00 pm (EST) on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to ronald.kline@va.gov. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey either. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Deliverables/Installation/Incidental Services: Requirement is for Brand Name or Equal To The Vendor must provide the following for delivery within 90 days of order: L28354- Sonosite LX Ultrasound System, (QTY.1) Sonosite LX is elevating clinicians experience by making point-of-care ultrasound more inclusive and accessible in diverse environments. The item being traded in is EE 46573 Sonosite Edge II Ultrasound, serial # Q4X4WL 2. Delivery Requirement: Delivery will be accepted at VAMC Wilkes Barre, Warehouse, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18711; Weekdays 8:00am 4:00pm, excluding any government holidays. There is a loading Dock by the warehouse please ensure the truck has a liftgate to unload at warehouse. The equipment needs to arrive at the facility within 90 days due to the urgent need as our current unit no longer functions for intraoperative procedures.
