- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intents to award a Sole Source contract to Premier Systems Group Inc. 6804 Via Bella Luna Ave. Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with FAR 13. This requirement is for routine preventative maintenance of a legacy Human/Machine Interface (HMI) system. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 06 March 2023 via e-mail to christine.jordan@navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
