It provides battle management for distributed, networked EW capability aligned with fires and synchronized air/ground electromagnetic spectrum operations across the intelligence, operations, and spectrum management areas of responsibility. EWPMT software was developed through four (4) Capability Drops (CDs) in partnership with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) resulting in successful Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) events in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021. Several operational units have been equipped with early versions of EWPMT and received associated training to support current operations. The initial release (Version 1) of EWPMT to all Army units became available in FY22. The objective of this planned contract action is to provide a range of services necessary for the continued design, build, integration, testing, delivery, fielding, maintenance, configuration management, and sustainment of EWPMT.
