- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.� As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. The follow has been attached for you to complete and review: (BAA) Buy American Act Certification EEO form FP Commercial Supplies-Services T&Cs (November 2022) Required item(s) listed below: PN: PMS4161100. Pumping Station:Pfeiffer HiCube 80 Pro. - QTY:1 Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced and best Lead-Time. Technical evaluation criteria are as follows: Roughing pump should be capable of sustained pumping speed in excess of 25 m^3/hr between 1 and 10 mbar inlet pressure. Roughing pump needs to be oil-free and of a roots-type design � scroll pumps will not be acceptable for this procurement. Turbo pump must have a pumping speed over 60 l/hr and ultimate pressure below 1e-7 Torr. Turbo inlet should be ISO63. Roughing and turbo pump should come together on a cart and be able to be operated with integrated controllers. Maintenance intervals should be consistent with standard intervals for these pump types and configurations when used to pump on atmosphere.
