Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center Provide all personnel and equipment required to deploy and retrieve a boom during a scheduled fueling event for NOAA Vessels located at NOAA's Gulf Marine Support Facility and Singing River Naval Complex during multiple events over the coming months. Ship schedules after September 30th are unknown, so option clauses will be added to allow for further events as schedules are clarified. (II)�� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MK23QNMAN0013�� 23_ASF_BOOM_PASCAGOULA. (III)�� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (IV)�� This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 562910.� The small business size standard is 750 Employees.� (V)�� This specification contains requirements for providing containment boom for NOAA. REQUIREMENTS: Provide and deploy up to fuel boom for partial enclosure of vessel fueling/oil transfer operations.
