The period of performance is April 1, 2023 � June 30, 2023 with three (3) three-month option periods.� The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00029 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by March 2, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include experience, license/registration, certifications, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by March 16, 2023 at 11:00 am (MDT).
