Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to New York State Broadcasting Association (NYSBA) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NY National Guard intends on awarding services for Non-Commercial Sustaining Announcements (NCSA) Television and Radio Services for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRBN) for the NYARNG. No solicitation will be posted to www.sam.gov.� This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. however, we will review all responsible sources interested and capable to respond to this requirement.��A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
