THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for market research, planning, and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Quote, etc.). Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regards to submission; an acknowledgment of receipt can be provided if requested by the submitter. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. DHS is not seeking proposals or quotations at this time. The U.S. Government will not pay any costs respondents incur in responding to this RFI, such costs are incurred solely at the respondents� expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.��All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned. Responses to the RFI may be used to develop Government documentation. Responses to this RFI may be reviewed by Government technical experts drawn from DHS Federal employees. SUMMARY The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) intends to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Modeling and Validation Services under General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Category (PSC) contracts under SIN 541611 Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. Sources able to satisfy all aspects of the following requirements are invited to submit information describing their capabilities. Please limit submissions to a maximum of 7 pages.
