Description

Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Department of Pathology, at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, MD, intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�Biocare Medical LLC at 60 Berry DR Pacheco, California 94553. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition,�FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The contract is intended to meet the WRNMMC Pathology Department�s requirement for immunohistochemistry supplies.� � The NAICS code for this requirement is 325413- In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees.�This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
