Note: The incumbent is 3D Landscape Inc. with a five-year total aggregate of $23,850 and no changes in scope.� Award price is based on unit rates.� COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NONPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTOR IS TO FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN) NECESSARY FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE NORTHWEST FISHERIES SCIENCE CENTER (NWFSC) SITE LOCATED AT THE POINT ADAMS RESEARCH STATION WHICH IS LOCATED AT 520 HECETA PLACE, HAMMOND, OR 97121-0155, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INCORPORATED STATEMENT OF WORK (I)����������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
