- Amendment 0004 -�The purpose of this Amendment is to: Post vendor Questions & Answers Document titled �FA303023Q0002 � Questions � B3311 � 28 Feb 2023� Post a revised SOW Version 7 Post TE-1a Enclosure Detail Post new site pictures Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to:� 1). Make significant revisions to the SOW, upload revised SOW - Attachment 1 - B3311 Chiller Replacement Statement of Work (SOW)_v06 Revised Feb23 2). Schedule additional site visit for 23 Feb 2023 at 1:00 PM 3). Extend question due date to 28 Feb 2023 at 1:00 PM 4). Extend quote due date to 10 March 2023 at 1:00PM Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.) Add the site visit date as well as notification of when questions will be due from all interested parties. 2.) Modify the Period of Performance to 475 calendar days (including a 55 week lead time) based on an internal research conducted in regards to (C)Trane Manufacture Lead Times. 3.) Update Version 5 of Attachment 1 - B3311 Chiller Replacement Statement of Work (SOW) A site visit will be held on 8 February 2023 at 1:00 PM CST, if interested in attending please submit interest through email to SSgt Samuel Reynolds at samuel.reynolds.5@us.af.mil and TSgt Patrick Berger at patrick.berger@us.af.mil and fill out Attachment 4 - BAL Template (Working Copy). Questions will be due on 15 February 2023 at 1:00 PM CST. 17 Contracting will post answers to received questions as an amendment usually within 3 days following the due date of questions. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct offer due date from 21 February 2023 to 24 February 2023 at 1:00 PM CST. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Building 3311 Chiller Replacement. This acquisition includes 1 CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 180 Calendar Days after issuance of Award. The anticipated date of award for this requirement is March 3, 2023. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government.� This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
