- This is a Synopsis Notification action.� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point is exercising the option to extend the term of Contract# W911SD22F0055 with the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages Inc (ACTFL).� The extension will follow the current Period of Performance from 03/17/23 thru 03/16/24 in accordance with FAR 52.217-9.� This action is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product and / or service and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government�s requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages Inc (ACTFL) 1001 North Fairfax Street, Suite 200 Alexandria, Va 22314-1587 This requirement is for continued access to ACTFL�s written tests and rating scales.� The tests and rating scales are formatted in 2 (two) versions.� Both versions are in the 9 (nine) languages taught at West Point to access the language skills of the cadets.� It also includes assessing Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPIs) using the same standards and criteria as with the written tests.� Furthermore, ACTFL has been the sole provider of the service throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and all the Service Academies.� The requirement covers a 12-month (1 year) period: CLIN 1001 MFR:� ACTFL Inc. P/N#:� None ITEM:� No-Shows to Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPIs) QTY:� 1 Year PoP:� 03/17/23 thru 03/16/24 (Option Year 1) The NAICS Code Qualifier is 611630 and the SBA Size Standard is $18.0 mil.
