- Healthcare Environmental Cleaning and related services at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC), Fort Jackson, SC and multiple medical treatment facilities (MTFs) in the health service area (HSA) of MAHC. 1. Solicitation W81K04-23-R-0012 HEC Fort Jackson is hereby amended to incorporate/address question from Attachment 5 Questions and Answers. The following is a listing of questions raised by industry and the responses provided by the Government. The changes have been highlighted in green.2.
