- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Offerors are required to be registered for and have access to the Solicitation Module on PIEE, which is where solicitation information and attachments will be posted. Please see the attached 20 documents for more information, which include the RFP letter. This acquisition is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for paving requirements at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), CA including the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Force Plant 42 (in Palmdale, CA), and other tenant organizations. Amendment 1: RFP Letter has been revised. Please note attachments 7 and 10 have been revised, and attachments 18 - 20 have been added. Offerors are required to use revised documents when submitting their proposals. Deviations from these instructions will not be grounds for an extension to the proposal due date. Amendment 2: RFP Letter has been revised. Please note attachments 2, 13, 14, and 15 have been revised to correct the solicitation number.
