THIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL QUOTES. This sources sought is for�20 resort/retreat accommodations (non-smoking rooms) per designated event for authorized personnel assigned to the 316th Wing Chapel at Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base, MD. The designated events will consist of active duty (AD) singles / family / couples� retreats. The contractor shall establish resort/retreat reservation procedures and provide guidance for handling routine situations in the resort/retreat process during designated events. The 316th Wing Chapel requires that these resort/retreat accommodations be available through this Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of performance not to exceed 60 months/five (5) years. The periods of availability and performance are outlined in the schedule below under Section 8, Period of Performance. The resort/retreat accommodations shall contain living and sleeping areas in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and commercial standards. The only authorized callers that can obligate the government for the performance of these services under this agreement are the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contract Specialist (CS) from the 316th Contracting Squadron. The 316th Wing Chapel Event Resort/Retreat Program Managers (ERPM) will be provided upon finalization of agreement. Anticipated dates of estimated designated events will also be provided upon finalization of agreement.
