- This RFI/Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or the obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. This notice is for market research purposes only.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The Department of Treasury is seeking to obtain a subscription service bundle that consist of RiskIO, GreyNoise, Team CYMRU, Censys, URLscan.io, VirusTotal, Shodan and Zetalytics to support the Treasury Shared Services Security Operations Center (TSSSOC) Consulting Service Subscription Services Project.� This requirement requires subscription services from authorized reseller, for �RiskIO, GreyNoise, Team CYMRU, Censys, URLscan.io, VirusTotal, Shodan and Zetalytics.� The vendor must demonstrate their capability to provide support in accordance with the services outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). The information obtained through this market research will assist the Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in determining the appropriate acquisition procedures for obtaining the subscription services for RiskIO, GreyNoise, Team CYMRU, Censys, URLscan.io, VirusTotal, Shodan, and Zetalytics described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This market research will help IRS plan their acquisition strategy and aid in its determination as to whether it is appropriate to set-aside this work for small businesses or for a specific socio-economic category of small businesses such as 8(a), small disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled-veteran-owned, or HUBZone small business. 2.1 Proposed Buy: All-in-one Subscription Services 2.2 Proposed Period of Performance: 12 months Questions in response to this RFI may be submitted electronically to Sandra R.
