Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 1/31/2023, effective 01/31/2023. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HT9410-23-Q-2015. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 811210, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the size standard is $34 Million. This procurement will be competed on the Open Market as a Full and Open Competition requirement. The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this Requirement.
