Description

THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). The U.S. Government is issuing an 94 ADA Door Maintenance services for the United States Military Academy (USMA) located at West Point, NY. This requirement is being competed between capable small businesses. The NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $11 M. The period of performance (POP) will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options. The anticipated POP for the base year is April 01, 2023, through March 31, 2024. Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS). There is a mandatory site visit schedule for Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 10:00AM. Eastern Time (see addendum 52.212-1 for further instructions) All interested offerors must attend the site visit in order to be considered for award. Bid Due date is 27 March 2023 NLT 1200PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).�Bid shall be submitted prior to the due date and time to the following address: Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point, ATTN: Sonya Van Valkenburg, Purchasing Agent, 681 Hardee Place, 1st Floor, Room 100, West Point, NY 10996. Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following information on the outside: Invitations For Bids Number, Purchasing Agent Name, Date and Time of Bid Opening, and Bidders name and address. Please do not count the shipping/mailing envelope/box as your sealed envelope. Shipment packaging shall be able to be removed and still maintain the integrity of the sealed bid package. Bid MUST be submitted via mail or hand carried to the MICC - West Point office to be received and time stamped prior to the due date and time listed. Bids received after this date and time, or bids received via fax or email will not be considered and will be ineligible for award. (NOTE: Formal Bid Opening will be at the same address as in 1.b. in Room 106). The bidder's failure to include information required by this solicitation will result in the bid submission being found non-responsive and will therefore be ineligible for award. Please see 94 ADA Door Maintenance for Full Bid Preparation Instructions. �**I have attached the Past Performance document from the solicitation number W911SD-23-R-0079 in SAM.Gov.� The contractor shall review all the documents and attachments for the 94 ADA Doors, W911SD-23-R-0079 and send their bids with the completed attachments, signed, dated and completed Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0079, with their bids no later than Monday, 27 March 2023 at 12 PM.
