Description: �This project is to remove/replace a motor, shaft, and fan out of cooling tower #1.�A lift plan needs to be established with the COR depending on the weight of the motor shaft and fan.�Contractor will provide all tools & materials necessary to power down cooling tower #1, remove existing motor, shaft,�bearings, and fan.� Install new OEM motor, shaft, bearings and fan.� Power up and verify proper operation.�The applicable NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. �The Small Business Size�Standard is $16.5 Million.�
