- Description
- The proposed procurement does contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years (one three-year base period and two one-year options). This proposed procurement is for NSN 4910015368790, KIT,ANNUAL PM. The solicitation will issued full and open after exclusion of sources as 100% small business set-aside in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3203(b). This will be a FAR Part 15 acquisition. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1/G, which means they are suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time, the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer/proposal, which shall be considered. The estimated annual quantity is 1329. Inspection and Acceptance is at destination. First Destination Transportation (FOB Origin) applies. The Government's required delivery is 260 days. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and SURGE AND SUSTAINMENT. This item is subject to DFARS 252.225-7021 TRADE AGREEMENTS (MAR 2022)
