Description
Headquarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC) Integrated Resilience Division (A1/Z) requires Warrior Heart Resiliency Training to meet the HQ AMC Commander's intent to ""Develop Ready Airmen and Families."" A key task within this training is to ""Advance a culture of care, support, and connectedness to strengthen Airmen and family resilience."" To meet this intent, the training must provide experience-based mentoring, teaching, training, advice and recommendations to senior military officers, staffs and students as they develop and sustain resilience programs, events and activities in support of Airmen and Families and their well-being. Brand Name Only (BNO) Warriors Edge Resiliency Training meets the needs of Warrior Heart as it will provide a performance-based, mindset training program with a warrior spin. The resiliency training will employ scientifically researched and evidence-based mindset skills to help fill a vital training gap and train the mind to have the capability to manage situations in preparation for physical and mental stressors. This mental skills training program will enable individuals to command their thoughts under stress, both on and off the job, and thereby reducing psychological and emotional trauma. Each training event shall also include On the Brink training, which shall include resilience, self-care, and suicide prevention topics. On the Brink training is already included within the Warriors Edge Training package commercially available. The Contractor shall facilitate fifteen (15) two-day training events per year. The 15 events will include: 1. MacDill (6 ARW), 2. Little Rock (19 AW), 3. McConnell (22 ARW), 4. Travis (60 AMW), 5. Fairchild (92 ARW), 6. Scott (375 AMW), 7. JB-MDL (305 AMW and 87 ABW), 8. JB-CHS (437 AW and 628 ABW), 9. Pope (43 AMOG), 10. Scott (HQ AMC, 18 AF, and 618 AOC), 11. Dover (436 AW), 12. McChord (62 AW), 13. Airlift/Tanker Association Annual Conference (location TBD), 14. AMC Spring Phoenix Rally (at MacDill), 15. AMC Fall Phoenix Rally (at Scott).Additional locations may be added in the future.
