- Title: Army Geospatial Center (AGC) Environment Systems Research Institute (ESRI) Professional Services � Unrestricted (Other than Large and Small Business Responses) Notice ID: W5J9CQ23I0001/ Sources Sought Background/Mission:� The Army Geospatial Center (AGC) is the Army's center of excellence for geospatial knowledge and engineering support to the war fighter. Serving as the Knowledge Center for geospatial expertise, AGC provides geospatial information, products, and services that support the Army and the Department of Defense. In-house experience with geospatial technologies goes back 30 years and has included: (1) Program Management of the development, training, fielding, and enhancement of geospatially-intensive Army systems, (2) Technical management of geospatially-intensive joint concept technology demonstrations (JCTDs), (3) Research in the areas of geospatial and image processing technologies to support the war fighter, (4) Experimentation with the integration of geospatial technologies from many different commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), government-off-the-shelf (GOTS), and open source providers, (5) support to standards organizations to include membership in the Open Geospatial Consortium, (6) providing geospatial engineering support to other Army systems, and (7) support to geospatial policy making and requirements definitions. Through these activities, the AGC has worked with numerous COTS, GOTS, and open-source geospatial products and has domain knowledge on their strengths, weaknesses, and current/near-term challenges with the integration of multiple-vendor products to support a holistic end-to-end geospatial enterprise solution for different Army customers.� Based on over 30 years as the geospatial domain experts for the Army and our association with other Government and non-Government geospatial organizations, the AGC is familiar with all the major geospatial software packages that can meet the various requirements of this contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Systems Acquisition Support Directorate (SASD), Alexandria, Virginia is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to provide professional services for Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) ArcGIS computer software services Response Format: Responses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Submittal will be received via email in the information provided below. Respondents to this market research are specifically instructed to appropriately mark any document that contains proprietary data, trade secrets or other business sensitive information. Subject of email for return of Capability Statement shall be as follows:� ESRI Sources Sought Notice Response � Capability Statement � Vendor Name ���� Requested Information:� Do not send your organization�s standard Capabilities Statement or Brochure. The Capability Statement shall at the minimum address the specific areas as identified below. Please provide the following via a PDF document: 1) Company name and Point of Contact(s) (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address) 2) UEI number and CAGE code 3) A brief Statement of Capability (maximum 5 pages) size 12 Arial/Times New Roman Font and PDF;�� The Government is seeking those that possess and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all the requirements. 4) Provide a capability how your organization would address professional services for the following services for ESRI software: Information Technology (IT) Professional Services for Army-wide and DoD-wide users according to individual BPA calls which may includes consulting, enhancements and updates to research, development, testing, evaluation, and integration of ESRI software purchased. ��� �Services: Information Technology (IT) Professional Services for Army-wide (DoD-wide) users according to individual BPA calls which includes consulting, enhancements and updates to research, development, testing, evaluation, and integration of ESRI software purchased under this contract. Professional Services as defined by ESRI: IT Professional services and/or labor categories for database planning and design; system analysis; integration, and design; programming, conversion, and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing Provide and develop training courses for general purpose commercial information technology equipment and software. 5) Detail if your professional service experience provided was served as either the Prime contractor or subcontractors and/or partners and the federal customer. 6) Do you have any current GSA, ESI, NASA SEWP, OASIS or other Government current contract vehicles (for example (MA-IDIQ) that will have a Period of Performance that extends beyond 3 August 2023.� Provide contract number and placement of contract, if applicable. 7) Indicate if you have personnel to meet the following requirement: �Have at least a Tier 1 Investigation completed. Key personnel shall possess a SECRET clearance but have key personnel available immediately who have a TOP SECRET clearance, and be eligible for SCI adjudication on the start date of a period of performance per the needs of each call. Faculties Clearance Level 8) Any additional information pertinent to your organization�s ability to provide professional services utilizing ESRI software.
