Description
EGYPTIAN AIR FORCE HELWAN DEPOT ACTIVATION SUPPORT SERVICES SITE SURVEY/EVALUATION/ASSESSMENT PHASE I. Foreign Military Sales IAW Arms Export Control Act. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this effort is to complete a site survey that includes analysis, evaluation, and final report of all identified equipment and machinery at Egyptian Air Force Helwan Depot shops as identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS Appendix A, and provide a detailed report of required logistical support, identify engineering needs, and identify technical support services necessary to restore the Helwan depot, and to bring all associated equipment to a fully functional depot that meets the EAF F-16 depot operational mission requirements. See attached PWS and associated documents for full description of requirements. PWS is currently restricted to US contractors.
