(See�Attachment Q - Agenda FBGA FS Industry Day Vender Site Visit 20230301)� 15 February 2023: Solicitation W5168W-23-D-0003 is issued. Solicitation and solicitation attachments are provided under this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC), on behalf of the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in support of the Fort Benning Logistic and Readiness Center (LRC), has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendants (DFA) at seventeen (17) facilities. �The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $47M with a provision that the requirement is subject to Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agencies (SLAs). NOTICE OF SITE VISIT A site visit will be held at Sand Hill Recreation Center, building 3308, 41st Infantry Regiment, Fort Benning, GA 31905 on 1 March 2023 beginning 10:00 am EST. There will be a tour of facilities and short briefing conducted during the site visit. Be advised that Fort Benning, GA is a limited access installation, and people entering its gate are subject to entrance requirements and possible search. To request an access pass to post, you can go to one of two Visitor Control Centers. The Lindsey Creek Visitor Control Center (VCC) is open 24 hours a day to include holidays. The Contractor Visitor Control Center (CVCC) is located on 8th Division Road in Harmony Church and is open Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 2 .pm. The CVCC is closed nights, weekends, and holidays. If you go to one of the Visitor Control Centers, the process will take approximately 5-8 minutes per person, so please allow for extra time when making travel plans. At the site visit, there will be no cameras, audio recordings, or videotaping or other recordings allowed, except that done by the Government. Cellular phones with cameras are allowed, but no pictures are permitted to be taken. All Technical Questions are due No Later Than (NLT) 8 March 2023, 12:00 PM CST. Offerors will submit questions in writing to Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist through Jeffery.d.harris.civ@army.mil and Michael.j.vicory.civ@army.mil.� The Government will answer questions received until due date and time listed above and provide responses to interested parties via System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Questions received after this date may not be answered. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the System for Award Management website located at https://www.sam.gov. �Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation. �Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. �Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website http://www.sam.gov/.
