PR11492986 Building a Sunshade Structure at the Warehouse Parking Lot The Embassy of the United States of America in Budapest, Hungary is now looking for interested contractors for the building of a steel sunshade structure at the vehicle parking lot of an USG-leased property located in Budapest, Hungary. The value of this construction effort is estimated as: �between $100,000 and $250,000�. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: ����������� Be able to understand written and spoken English; ����������� Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; �� ���������Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work; ����������� Have all licenses and permits required by local law; ����������� Meet all local insurance requirements; ����������� Have no adverse criminal record; ����������� Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; ����������� Have good experience and past performance records; ���������� �Be registered or ready to register in the SAM database at www.sam.gov Responding contractors can obtain the solicitation package from Contracting Specialist Mr. Zsolt Gulyas at gulyaszs@state.gov, reference number PR11492986.
