Description: This requirement is for the Operations and Maintenance for 1 year at the GSA Auburn Complex.�The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The facility has been sold to a private entity. The services will be for a single year and will be reduced over the next 12 months as various buildings are no longer occupied by federal agencies.�
