Description
**FA873023RB009 has been amended to add vessel specifications and provide estimates for expected hourly usage, additionally the response date has been extended to 20 March 2023 12:00PM EST** AFLCMC/HBUK has a requirement for water traffic replication services to assist with Waterside Security Testing.��The Contractor shall introduce three categories of watercraft into the waterways abutting Joint Base Charleston, in South Carolina.� Class A - Jon Boat & Jet Ski (80 Hours Total). These vessels will be utilized for 40 hours in the five day period in the following modes:� Transiting, Idle - Non Transiting, and Off -Anchored Class I - Fishing Boat (Center Console) (40 Hours Total). This vessel will be utilized for 40 hours in the five day period in the following modes: Transiting, Idle - Non Transiting, and Off -Anchored Class II - Fishing Boat (Deep Sea) (40 Hours Total). This vessel will be utilized for 40 hours in the five day period in the following modes:� Transiting, Idle - Non Transiting, and Off -Anchored See the estimated usage hours / watercraft class: Class A (2 Vessels) - Run 8 Hours / Off 3 Hours / Idle 10 Hours Class I (1 Vessel) - Run 8 Hours / Off 2 Hours / Idle 5 Hours Class II ( I Vessel) - Run 6 Hours / Off 3 Hours / Idle 6 Hours We will be onsite from 8AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday for site operations and data collection. The Contractor shall operate the watercraft in vicinity of the TC Dock at Joint Base Charleston, exact location to be provided during contract kick-off, and shall operate each watercraft in coordination with the local Security Forces Squadron (SFS), for a total of 5 business days. The Contractor shall operate the watercraft in compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements of the waterway management. Operation of the watercraft shall include all normal authorized waterway activity, and specific operation may be specified during each operation window in contact with local SFS. Please review the attached RFP and provide an electronic quote NLT 20 March 2023 12:00PM EST.� The Government intends to award one contract on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A proposal is technically acceptable if it meets all the requirement of the RFP. The Government reserves the right to make no award.
